Yes. Customers do not need to invest in equipment, installation, ducting, grill, freight, commissioning or maintenance. Xtreme bears the project cost and recovers its investment through the energy-efficiency advantage of the system.

• New Installation- you need cooling and haven't bought equipment yet.
• Replacement- you already have a cooler and were planning to replace it anyway.
• Energy Saving- you are using high energy consuming HVAC units, airwashers or FDV's.

Xtreme Coolers consume significantly less electricity compared to conventional industrial coolers. The efficiency advantage creates saving that allows Xtreme to recover its investment while providing customers with world class service, better cooling and no upfront capital expenditure

• For new installs, we use a published or tested competitor unit.

No, Xtreme cooling & ventilation systems are designed to be highly energy efficient. Your total cooling cost (electricity plus the annual fees) is designed to be the same as what you'd pay for a standard unit. In some cases, it could be even lower. We are not adding a new cost - we're converting an efficiency saving into our service fee.

• The cooler unit, ducting, grill, installation, freight and maintenance for the contract period
• You don't pay any of these up front.
• Ownership: Xtreme owns the equipment for the duration of the contract. At the end, you can renew at a reduced fee.

We service and maintain the unit as part of the program. You don't need a separate AMC contract; you don't pay for spare parts under normal wear & tear.

Installation time depends on project size and site conditions. Most industrial projects are completed within a few days to a few weeks after approval.
